Hello everyone and welcome to CECA, my name is Senna and I’m behind this lovely platform. I wanted to share who I am, because, personally, I don’t like reading anything on the internet, without knowing who is behind it. Sooo this is me!
A little bit more about me: I am from the Netherlands and I’m in my twenties. I love traveling, but one thing I love even more is hanging out with my friends and walking with my dog. You may wake me for a fun trip or some good food. The most important thing to me is my loved ones.
CECA comes from SESA, I created this business name when I was a little kid and I wanted to start a business with my dad. Once again, family has always been important to me.
I created CECA because improving myself, my health and my relationships are very important to me. I wanted to go on this journey with more people because I believe we grow best when we’re doing the growth together, in this way, you can learn from one another.

Also, this quote holds a lot of truth to me. I have struggled during my life to get to good things. Next to this, I still struggle often in order to learn more about myself & life. It just gives me the best feeling when I can learn something from a difficult situation in which I struggled. So struggle along with me and let’s flourish together.

I LOVE to write down everything that is going on in my mind. It not only helps me to stay focused on what I’m doing, but it also helps me maintain peace of mind. Sometimes your mind can get too overflowed with all that’s going on, so I make space for myself and my thoughts by writing down my thoughts.
